Mail arrived in Nauvoo, IL about three times a week, by steamboat and stagecoach. Because it was sometimes lost or stolen, residents often sent two or three copies of important correspondence. Postage was expensive, so recipients were frequently asked to pay for the letters they received, but cash was scarce so many letters were never delivered.
Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. We primarily ship through UPS and USPS. Free shipping is offered on all orders $79 and higher within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping on orders $79 and up does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories and international destinations.
