Where is my order or where is the rest of my order?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped out as soon as we receive them. Please see our Returns / Shipping page for additional information.
How do I change my shipping address?
Please give us a call at (801) 785-1123 and we can change if for you. If we do not answer, our lines are busy so please call us back in a few minutes and we can help you.
How do I cancel my order?
Please call us at (801) 785-1123 with your order # (W01234) and we will cancel it for you. A refund will appear on your method of payment within 24 to 48 hours.
I am missing a piece or I have a damaged puzzle. Can I get a replacement?

Why is my coupon not working?
- Make sure that all necessary items are in the cart. If you have a "Buy 2, Get a Free Military Puzzle" coupon, the order needs 3 puzzles, one being a military title of your choice.
- Make sure to plug in the coupon code EXACTLY as given in the email in the "Discount" box in checkout. Like ABCD1234. NO SPACES or lower case letters.
- If coupon was not applied, please call us and we will make sure to refund the correct coupon amount within the next 7-10 days.
I have the completely wrong puzzle, how do I exchange it?
We will replace the bag of pieces for free. Submit your request by email to email@example.com.
What size puzzles do you offer?
Our 100 and 500 piece puzzles are 16”x 20” upon completion and our 1,000 piece puzzles are 19¼” x 26 5/8” when finished.
Can I swap between sizes, like 500 to 1,000?
Yes, as long as
- It is the same puzzle
- We have the size of that puzzle
- The puzzle you have is unopened.

What if I accidentally purchased a puzzle I already own, can I swap it out for a different one?
Yes you can—as long as it is unopened. Simply send the puzzle back with your address and a note explaining which puzzle you would like. We will then ship it back to you free of charge.
When will “Sold Out” puzzles be in stock again?
Out of stock titles are made available as soon as we receive them. Please check back periodically as we receive shipments multiple times a week.
My story inside the box is wrong, how do I get the right one?
Give us a call at (801) 785-1123 with your name and address and we can send one in the mail free.
How do I add pictures of loved ones to a painting or puzzle?
Find product you want to be featured in. After selecting the size and print, check the box that says “Personalize Now.” Fill out the information provided along with any details that help us know where you want the people to be and if you want to change the clothes they are wearing. Please allow 4-8 weeks for
