However, due to COVID-19 in addition to a high volume of orders, it may take up to 30 days to process your request. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Where is my Order? When will it arrive? I haven't received a tracking number yet? Due to COVID-19, our shipment loads and times have increased, making it difficult to determine an exact date from when the order was created. Orders should arrive within 8-14 days but may arrive a day or two late. If it still doesn't arrive, please contact the postage company first with your shipping information. If you don't have it, contact us and we will provide it. We thank for your advanced patience in waiting a little longer with us. Stay Safe and Stay Healthy.
