In decline, it was possessed by Austria and then Italy. Nowadays the population of the city is far outnumbered by waves of tourists coming to see the ornate architecture, the legendary canals navigated by singing gondoliers, and the former home of the real Casanova in this land known as Serenissima – the most serene. I requested a replacement puzzle back in December 2020 under their no- missing piece guarantee. I still have not received the missing piece or a replacement puzzle. It is now over 5 months since my request to them!

I did it! 1000 pieces. Sat in my closet for a year, thinking, I can't do this. But, alas, I completed my first 1000 piece Dowdle YA! So many great memories of Venice gondola rides, San Marco Square, Bridge of Sigh, The Opera House, Blown Glass, & I was only 13 years old! Touring with a Dance Troupe all around Europe. The colors are spot on, loved the Gargoyle, the Glockenspiel, and the Busts that are all hidden in the ole buildings. Very European. Just luv it, Thanks
