St. Maarten - Stratascape

Regular price Sale price $1,400.00

St. Maarten is the smallest land mass shared by two countries. Legend says it was agreed a Frenchman would walk north and a Dutchman would walk south around the island and where they met would be the division. The Frenchman walked much faster. This painting is from the cruise port of Phillipsburg, showing the bright architecture and lush landscape. St. Maarten gained YouTube fame for beach goers at Airport Beach testing their chutzpah against jets taking off and landing from Princess Julianna International Airport. Take a shore excursion with Eric to Sint Maarten or Saint Martin (depending on the side.)
