These Puzzles are very well made, and the artist has included so much in each. I have tried the cheaper puzzles, but they left me feeling frustrated as their pieces could inter-fit with other places, not with these pieces from DOWDLE. They are fun to do and you get to learn about each place as you put them together.
We visited Lunenburg this summer and so we had to have a puzzle. These are always our favorite puzzles to put together. They are well made and have so many fun little elements to them. My 7 year old is obsessed with Dowdle puzzles and can even do a 1000 piece by herself.
We purchased 10 Dowdle puzzles and this was the first one we did. We love the colors of the Dowdle puzzles, the quality boxes the puzzles come in and the overall puzzles themselves....love the locations featured.

I notice that the horse droppings from the buggy tours is not shown. Otherwise, great puzzle! Sorry, being sarcastic. Come on it's not supposed to be a photograph!
I received this puzzle as a Mother's Day gift and I was so excited that we started it right away. The first thing we noticed was the beautiful box. It was sturdy and attractive. The pieces were nice and thick and we liked the unique pieces. They added to the fun. It was just challenging enough for us.
I have only one complaint. The pieces are quite loose once they are put into place. We often have small areas of the puzzle completed outside the frame of the puzzles and then move them into position when ready. When we tried it with this puzzle they just fell apart. It made it difficult to work on.
Overall, the puzzle was top quality, well boxed, and a real work of art. I will definitely be buying more puzzles from Dowdle.
