Balloon Festival - 1000 Piece

This puzzle was one of the most challenging, it took a lot longer to complete. Definitely worth it though and one of the best puzzles I’ve ever done.

I lived in Albuquerque for 11 years and enjoyed the sites at the balloon fiesta. I’m anxious to get this puzzle to work on.

This is one of the more challenging puzzles. I never look at the box or picture inside so that made it even more difficult, and that is just what I like. Definitely a puzzle for the more seasoned puzzler.

This was a very challenging puzzle. I like to use the picture chart included to help work on puzzles with many colors as this one. The problem is that the chart coloring was off from the actual puzzle pieces i.e. pieces that looked blue on the chart were actually purple. This made it difficult when trying to sort the colored pieces of the balloons. After a great deal of frustration, it was completed

This is the fourth puzzle from Dowdle that I have completed. The best part of these puzzles are the unique shapes of the pieces which are intriguing. So much better that the traditional pieces. The colors are beautiful and the pieces are sturdy. One of the puzzles that I did was missing a piece and I know that my cat did not drag it away. I should have contacted the company but never did. This particular puzzle had an extra piece so I hope someone out there is not missing one. Looking forward to adding to my collection.
